At Kailara, we want you to feel empowered and inspired by every piece you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a Credit Note, Refund, or Exchange.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

All other items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it.

• Contact our support team at support@kailara.com with your request.

• Changes to size or variant must also be requested within this 12-hour window before your order is processed.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at support@kailara.com to request a return.

2. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

• Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of items, as Kailara cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kailara.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Kailara cannot be held responsible for items confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item in line with our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
