Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kailara, we believe in making every item you wear a source of inspiration and empowerment. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer Store Credit for returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations are processed as store credit. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.
If you place an order and email us straight away - it is not guaranteed that we will be able to cancel or edit your order as it can take 1-2 Business Days for our Customer Service team to respond to your email.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition: unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from any make-up or fake tan.

  • Returns should be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.

  • Items should be returned with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at support@kailara.com to request a return.

2. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return to our warehouse in Sydney Australia we will then process this, processing time can take 3-4 business days. Store credit will then be added to your account. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of items, as Kailara cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kailara.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Kailara cannot be held responsible for items confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item in line with our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
